How to Plan Your Custom Tour
Step 1: Fill Out the Request Form
Provide us with your travel details by completing the request form.
Let us know your preferred region, activities, group size, duration, accommodation preferences,
and any special requests.
Step 2: Receive Initial Quote
After submitting your form, we’ll send you an initial quote along with a brief outline of your itinerary
based on your selections. This quote is free of charge.
Step 3: Pay for the custom tour planning fee
Once you’re happy with the initial quote, the next step is to pay the Custom Tour Planning Fee.
This fee is non-refundable and covers the time and expertise needed to design your personalized itinerary.
The fee varies depending on the duration of your trip:
• 1-day itinerary: $15
• 2-day itinerary: $25
• 3-day itinerary: $35
• 4-day itinerary: $45
• 5-day itinerary: $50
Step 4: Receive Detailed Itinerary
Once the planning fee is paid, we will carefully craft a personalized itinerary based on your preferences.
You will receive your detailed itinerary within 3-5 days.
